Week 16 together – 4 months!

Non-stop Happiness

Oh snap! Daniel and I didn’t even notice that we’ve been together for 4 months (this year) until I started working on this post! That is so awesome! This is the longest we’ve physically been around each other, yet we’ve known each other for over two years. πŸ˜€

I don’t have much to update you with this week. Unlike most other weeks, we’ve spent our days working and then relaxing at home. We met for lunch a few days, which was nice. We also went out today just to say we did something. I got a new umbrella and we got some LOL to try. It’s basically just carbonated juice and it’s really good. :) Other than that, we’ve been laying around the house, working on the computers, watching movies… the good stuff! πŸ˜›

There’s been a lot of talk about saving money, the visa, and holiday. I’m starting to consider looking at just getting the permanent resident visa instead of the temp/permanent. I know there were reasons why we though the latter one was the best but I don’t remember. Either way, we really need to start working on what we need to do for the visa. It requires quite a bit of work. A lot of people who have applied for it suggest starting on it 6 months before you actually apply. This will be a lot of fun! Haha! There’s a few things you can do to help us. We need evidence that society views us as partners. That means we need to show an envelope or invitation addressed toΒ both of us. Letters seem to be a thing of the past so I wanted to mention that we’d really appreciate some if anyone has time. One of Daniel’s friends is supposed to be sending us an invite but both of us like to be well-prepared so if you ever want to send something, address it to both of us. πŸ˜‰

I can’t think of much else to share with you. Maybe there will be more next week πŸ˜‰

Until next time, (because Daniel told me not to use it!)
